Refund Policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. This is because our items are unique and we cannot remake or refurbish them once used.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase for us to check the date of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@elefari.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All return charges are the customers responsibility and not Elefari's.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We can provide a discount if necessary and make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Handmade furniture from Kenya. The Flowing-Lava tables are made of olive lumber, dense grains that make it hard, and is durable. Our epoxy resin is a beautiful dark brown color, and the design is in molten lava flow with flowing lines. This product has been designed to be easy to clean and beautiful. A perfect console table for any room in your home.
Made with Olive
Olive wood is a hardwood that's rich in colour. It is highly appealing and attractive in appearance. It's very dense with stright grains and has fine texture.
Olive wood is very strong but highly sensitive to outside elements and insect attacks. Commonly, furniture made of olive lumber are smaller wooden objects that are found indoors.
They're also strikingly rich and colorful in appearance and perfect as decorative objects. Structural features for olive wood products are highly contrasting brow lines and yellow streaks of sapwood. The surface of olive wod can easily be polished to a high degree.

At Elefari Woodcraft we uniquely create each product using different materials and different art.
Each product is delivered with either scratches, cuts, hole or other features that come as a perfection or signature of uniqueness. But these specific features are the result of hand crafting our unique products.
