Elefari Woodcraft Delivers to areas outside Nairobi, but the delivery time is based on your location. Orders are processed within 3 hours of receiving payment. Deliveries immediately outside of Nairobi are processed on the same day.

Refund Policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. This is because our items are unique and we cannot remake or refurbish them once used.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase for us to check the date of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@elefari.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All return charges are the customers responsibility and not Elefari's.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We can provide a discount if necessary and make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The Jupiter View is a stunning woodwork crafts made from Bluegum wood and epoxy resin in Kenya. The table top is finished with a colorful, beautiful shape that will make any room come alive with its unique design. The Jupiter View also includes an excellent variety of colors and shapes to match your personality. This table is perfect for a kitchen, dining room or office, but it also makes a great piece of furniture for the living room or bedroom.
Made with Bluegum
Bluegum tree is known by different names including, Eucaliptus, Southern blue gum, Tasmanian blue gum and Victorian blue gum. It is an evergreen tree that grows to 100-180 feet tall with a trunk of diameter of 3-5 feet wide.
The tree grows fast in plantations and in forests. Those that occur naturally in forests are more resistant, harder and denser while those in plantations are softer and lighter. Its grain is interlocked with a uniform to coarse texture and natural luster.
Bluegum is characterized by a light yellowish brown to pale grey or white, and sometimes reddish-brown hardwood and is considered moderately durable to rot.

Each product is delivered with either scratches, cuts, hole or other features that come as a perfection or signature of uniqueness. But these specific features are the result of hand crafting our unique products.
